Terms of service
Effective 27 October 2026.
These terms cover your use of the Clean Sheet add-on for Google Sheets ("Clean Sheet") made by Orvix ("we"). By installing or using Clean Sheet you agree to them.
1. The service
Clean Sheet finds duplicate or unique rows in a spreadsheet and acts on them when you tell it to. The free tier and Pro features are described on the home page.
2. Pro purchase
Pro is a one-time payment of US$12 (plus any tax shown at checkout) through Stripe. It unlocks unlimited runs for the Google account it was bought for. It is not a subscription and will not renew. Within 14 days of purchase you may ask for a full refund by email, no questions asked; refunded licenses stop working. Pro covers Clean Sheet for as long as we offer it; if we ever shut it down within 12 months of your purchase, we will refund you.
3. Your data and backups
Clean Sheet only changes your spreadsheet when you press Run. Delete and move change your data. Clean Sheet offers a backup copy first, and Google Sheets keeps version history, but you are responsible for checking the preview and keeping backups of important data.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload, reverse-engineer the license system of, or resell Clean Sheet, or use it to break the law or Google's terms.
5. No warranty
Clean Sheet is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
6. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Clean Sheet is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or profits. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using Clean Sheet after that, the new terms apply.
