Quick answers

• Undo a change: press Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac) right away, or open the "backup" sheet Clean Sheet made before a move or delete, or use File → Version history.
• Rows that look the same weren't matched: try ticking "Treat runs of spaces as one" and "Treat 42 and \"42\" the same", and check you picked the right columns.
• Pro didn't unlock: click "I've paid: check" in the sidebar. Pro is tied to the Google account the sidebar shows. If you paid from another account, email us your receipt.
• Refund: full refund within 14 days, by email.
• Remove the add-on: Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons, then the ⋮ menu → Uninstall.
